Hi all,

Anne Parker has announced that, after this year, she would prefer to pass the torch as secretary to someone else.

The duties are pretty basic:

– Attend each year’s AGM and keep notes
– Prepare minutes before the next AGM (preferably as early as possible when memories are fresh)
– Keep track of various reports (treasurer’s report and such)
– Participate in discussions of the executive as they arise throughout the year (always over e-mail)

If anyone would be willing to step forward, please let me know so we can announce it at this year’s AGM, and have a vote if there are several people clamouring for the job. :-)
